Sockeye
Mid July - Early August
The "Late Run" Kenai Sockeye is the most famous run in Alaska, with 1-2 million fish entering the river over a 3-week period. Limit-class action.

Silvers
August - October
Coho (Silver) salmon are aggressive, acrobatic fighters. The early run hits in August, with the massive late run peaking in September and October.

Trophy Rainbow Trout fishing is world-class all summer, but peaks in late August through October when they gorge on salmon eggs and flesh.

Due to conservation closures on the Kenai, our King Salmon trips are primarily conducted on the Kasilof River, focusing on hatchery runs in early summer.
